STRASSMAYR R 6000 Truck Vario chip sealing machine is used for quality road surface reparation.
The unit is equipped with self-loading system for aggregate, allowing loading of stone directly from the tipper truck, without use of additional wheel loader. Machine is assembled on the truck chassis, or semi-trailer allowing highest manoeuvrability. The body of the unit contains the emulsion bin with capacity of 6 000 litres, equipped with automatic heating system, and aggregate bin with capacity of 6,0 cbm, equipped with a system of screw conveyors securing even supply of stone over the entire required width. System of emulsion spraying bar and aggregate discharging drum, responsible for homogenous delivery of material, is located at the rear of the unit, behind the last axle of the truck. The process of road surface reparation is operated and guarded by computer, including operator’s panel assembled in the truck’s cabin.
