The unit is equipped with self-loading system for aggregate, allowing loading of stone directly from the tipper truck, without use of additional wheel loader. Machine is assembled on the truck chassis, or semi-trailer allowing highest manoeuvrability. The body of the unit contains the emulsion bin with capacity of 6 000 litres, equipped with automatic heating system, and aggregate bin with capacity of 6,0 cbm, equipped with a system of screw conveyors securing even supply of stone over the entire required width. System of emulsion spraying bar and aggregate discharging drum, responsible for homogenous delivery of material, is located at the rear of the unit, behind the last axle of the truck. The process of road surface reparation is operated and guarded by computer, including operator’s panel assembled in the truck’s cabin.

The entire repair is carried out using one device mounted on a single axle trailer, adapted to work with any truck of a tipper type. The truck body meets here the function of a gravel tank. The design of the device provides smooth and professional execution of all stages of the process of filling a defect in the road surface. Straßmayr S FF milling machine for cracks is a self-propelled machine designed to carry out expansion joint in a new road surfaces and milling slots in damaged road surfaces. The milling machine is designed to prepare a slot to be filled with a special sealant, e.g. by widening. S FF model moves independently from other carriers, at up to 5 km/h. The special design of the machine and its small size ensures quick and cost-efficient milling. The machine is also very easy to transport. The operator can control the entire milling process with a convenient workplace.

The Strassmayr RWK FRC crack-sealing machine is designed for implementation of entire process of crack sealing, including cleaning and warming of crack, easy preparation and dosage of special sealing compounds for the cracks, joints or road edges and covering of freshly repaired crack with quartz sand overlay.
The unit is assembled on the frame, ready for assembly on the platform of a trailer or on small truck platform. The main tank walls are filled with thermal oil, allowing to work with sealing materials heated up to 180˚C.
The vertical mixer and heated grill located on the top of the boiler are ensuring constant delivery of the sealing compounds to the applicator lance without the risk of blocking the mixer operation while adding fresh blocks of material.

STRASSMAYR R 7500 Trailer Vario surface repairing machine is a device to carry out large-surface and partial road repairs with the technology of emulsion and gravel.
The machine is constructed on a single-axis trailer, adjusted in size to load resulting from the size of the aggregate tank.
The process of spraying a surface with emulsion, and followed by scattering of gravel, are operated with a computer, making the capacity dependent on the working speed.
The operator panel allows to activate and deactivate each sections of the repairing machine, one by one or all together. Easy operation of the device is provided by a functional touch screen and SPS driver.
The STRASSMAYR BF 290 has been designed to solve all aspects of roadside work, such as road widening, hard shoulder work or cable and pipeline trench filling. PUSHed verion can be powered by own diesel engine or from PTO of carrier. It can be controlled hydraulically or by electro valves. All different types of soil, gravel, grit and asphalt can be used with this unit. The universal quick coupling mount allows to attach the BF290 to a wheel loader, backhoe loader or a tractor. A specially designed screed allows to lay several material layers, optionally up to 3 meters in width. Additional sweeping brush mounted under the operator seat ensures the cleanliness of the process.

The use of the thermos technology allows for the repair with bituminous mass at a great distance from the plant.
The thermos can be installed on any truck. To facilitate the repair works, the thermos is equipped with an insulated emulsion tank with a heating system and a spraying lance.
Opening and closing the thermos is by hydraulic cylinders controlled from the operator cockpit. The foldable ladder on the front wall of the device makes it easy to reach the closing flaps.
